- Expertise in client support may be proficient in MS Workplace, Google Workspace, and CRM computer code (e.g. Hubspot or Zoho).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Bachelors in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy targeted at gain and client satisfaction.
- Conduct analysis to spot new markets and customer desires
- Prepare business meetings (virtually) with prospects.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts making certain adherence to law-established rules and tips.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etcetera.
- Give trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-run relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry-level workers into valuable salespeople.
