Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical talents, with a passion for transforming brands through digital narratives. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients’ products and services across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Communication and Writing:
    • Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills in English and Hindi for engaging internal and client interactions via WhatsApp, Teams, Slack, and Email.
    • Craft compelling content for LinkedIn, Emails, and other professional platforms.
  • Social Media Expertise:
    • Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google My Business.
    • Stay abreast of platform algorithms, trends, and effective strategies for audience engagement and growth.
  • Platform Proficiency:
    • Utilize essential tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, LinkedIn Ads & Sales Navigator, and Apollo proficiently.
    • Familiarity with optional tools like Moz, Semrush, Google Trends, and Canva is advantageous.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to inform digital strategies.
    • Develop and present business strategies, leveraging a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Content and Campaign Management:
    • Oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
    • Generate engaging copy, manage influencer partnerships, and execute SEO strategies.
    • Design and implement performance marketing campaigns, focusing on creative content, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, deriving insights to optimize strategies.
    • Report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver integrated digital solutions.
    • Continuously explore new digital tools and practices to enhance our service offerings.
